Insight Global Home Loan Specialist III in Moorpark, California

Job Description

The Home Loan Specialist III is a skilled role supporting various Channels within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD). As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

The Home Loan Specialist will:

Perform complex data and document validation

Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions

Complete appraisal eligibility tasks

Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines

Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

This role pays $28-$32 hourly dependent on relevant experience.

Skills and Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

2+ years of relevant work experience (processing and underwriting)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
