Your Impact
Under the supervision of a Pricing Manager, the Sr. Analyst – Pro Pricing Strategy will support developing pricing strategies, recommendations, and guardrails for all product categories in their merchandising division. The Sr. Analyst – Pro Pricing Strategy helps shape how Lowe’s grows and supports its professional customer segment. The role combines pricing strategy, analytics, and business partnership to develop and manage pricing strategies that strengthen value for pro customers while driving profitable sales. This position evaluates pricing performance, identifies opportunities, and implements pricing solutions across key pro pricing programs, translating strategy into effective execution and continuous improvement.
What you will do
Develop division-level pricing strategies to drive growth with professional customers.
Use advanced analytics to identify optimal pricing opportunities.
Implement and manage pro pricing decisions within assigned divisions.
Analyze performance, competition, and customer behavior to find growth opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Sales, Finance, Tech) to align strategies.
Support development of enterprise pro pricing programs and capabilities.
Present strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
Improve pricing tools, analytics frameworks, and processes for efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related field or equivalent experience
3 Years of Experience in Pricing, Data Analytics, Finance, Omni-channel Retailing, or related pricing and promotion field.
3 Years of Experience in Price Management, Merchandising, Financial Planning and Analysis, Store Operations, or Logistics. Experience as a Lead Merchant and/or Pricing Lead in an omni-channel retail environment.
3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, or Finance
Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and translating insights into business recommendation
Experience working in cross-functional environments and influencing business decisions
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop data-driven solutions
Preferred Skills/Education
2 years experience working closely with senior leadership (VP and above)
Experience in B2B pricing, contract pricing, quote pricing, or customer segmentation
Experience in retail, distribution, manufacturing, pricing consulting, or revenue management
Familiarity with pricing and commercial analytics concepts such as win-loss analysis, price sensitivity assessment, demand modeling, test-and-learn frameworks, or price optimization
Experience developing strategies that require both analytical rigor and operational execution
Experience working in large-scale retail or omnichannel environments
