Your Impact
The Senior Manager, Marketplace Performance is a thought leader responsible for ensuring accountability in achieving business goals through the standardization and optimization of customer, channel, and commerce data within the digital marketplace ecosystem and in-store. This includes envisioning future state experiences, identifying business outcomes, tracking actionable insights to completion with responsible groups, increasing online and in-store awareness and education across partner teams, identifying and creating new opportunities to improve the marketplace experience, creating operational efficiencies that drive productivity for sellers, customers, and downstream partners. Additionally, deliver high-value projects that will drive gross merchandise value and profitability for marketplace performance across Lowe's selling channels.

What You Will Do
Lead a global team of direct and cross-functional analysts (U.S. and Bangalore), who work through digital marketplace initiatives and provide the necessary standardization to maximize channel productivity/return.

Act as the centralized owner of the Marketplace in-store experience. Define business outcomes, target experiences, customer needs, and seller needs. Work cross-functionally to build-out and deliver the roadmap.
Champion digital marketplace priorities and focus areas with digital business, store, and partner teams. Aggressively drive and deliver those priorities and ensure business realization.
Effectively communicate with different audiences, often executive leadership, both written and verbally. Lead building of materials that are shared with stakeholders and regularly present those to different audiences.
Actively work to identify improvements to data insights and discover processes with the intent to improve proficiency and reduce effort in data management and consumption by creating repeatable and automated processes.
Drive continuous improvement by providing insights based on the review of weekly channel/category performance reporting.
Stay up to speed on performance to share the strategy, roadmap, insights and resulting actions with senior cross-functional leadership.
Provide continuous, open feedback and mentorship to team members and cross-functional partners to encourage their growth and assist them in learning new tools, skills and techniques.
Collaborate and maintain relationships at the senior leadership level with cross-functional groups such as stores, merchandising, supply chain, accounting, finance category management as well as other teams within digital commerce.
Use insights, industry analysis, competitive benchmarking, and previous experience to identify key areas of opportunity and support the functional strategy for digital & in-store marketplace.
Provide the necessary insights and support to help define and align the multi-year roadmap for digital marketplace & in-store growth.
Ensure the digital and in-store data strategy aligns and supports with the digital marketplace team and seller's needs and objective.
Partner across customer intelligence teams to ensure compliance with established data analytics processes, roles, quality criteria, and performance metrics.
Foster the analysis and distillation of complex digital data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and strategies that impact digital marketplace performance. Effectively translate those insights for stakeholder and leadership consumption.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
8 Years of relevant experience
6-8 years of experience in online, retail merchandising, vendor management, or digital marketing
3 Years of experience leading teams of direct reports

Pay Range: $116,400.00 - $194,500.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
