ASRC Federal is seeking an experienced Industrial Security Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s industrial security programs to ensure the protection of classified and proprietary information. This role provides oversight of corporate security procedures, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement in support of national security programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive industrial security programs and procedures in compliance with federal regulations and corporate policies.
Lead security education and awareness initiatives across the organization to promote a culture of compliance and accountability.
Investigate security violations and incidents; prepare detailed reports outlining findings, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
Oversee standard operating procedures for security databases and system records, including SIMS, DISS, NBIS, and SharePoint.
Maintain and manage Closed Areas and Restricted Areas in compliance with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) requirements.
Forecast and track government inspections and Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs); coordinate with leadership to prepare for and manage DCSA audits.
Conduct trend analysis of internal self-inspections and government-sponsored audits, delivering after-action reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Govern and maintain corporate security policies through routine reviews, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of updates.
In alignment with the Chief Security Officer (CSO), execute approved business processes to support evolving government requirements and IT system integrations under Trusted Workforce 2.0.
Ensure strict compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule) and support overall National Industrial Security Program (NISP) compliance.
Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s Insider Threat Program in partnership with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with management to ensure consistent application of corporate security policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Active U.S. Government Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for access to classified information.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8–10 years of relevant industrial security experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience managing DCSA audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
In-depth knowledge of NISPOM and federal industrial security regulations.
Experience with security management systems such as DISS, NBIS, SIMS, and SharePoint.
Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Trusted Workforce 2.0 initiatives.
Prior leadership experience within a cleared federal contractor environment.
Professional security certifications (e.g., ISP, CPP).
