Aerotek Assembly Technician in Montville, Connecticut

Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

As an Assembly worker, you will be trained across multiple departments and processes within our facility. You will gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing techniques and play a vital role in producing high-quality aerospace components.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in gate grinding, shell removal, and dewaxing processes.

  • Assist in sand blasting and roto filing operations.

  • Engage in knock out operations and provide foundry support.

  • Ensure high-quality production and adherence to safety standards.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with hand tools, general labor, and production skills.

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

  • Willingness to learn new skills hands-on.

  • Strong attention to detail and safety.

  • Proficiency in machine operation, construction, inspection, and use of power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Team-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montville, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.19 - $25.00/hr.
