The Receiving Coordinator is an important member of the Shipping and Receiving team and is primarily responsible for receiving and distr ibuting materials and products .
Responsibilities of Warehouse Receiving Coordinator
Receive materials from carriers
Inspect incoming material
Verify models and serials and document receipt of materials in designated ERP systems.
Maintains daily metrics of receipts
Works with Customer Service to resolve any issues
Conveys materials from receiving to other designated areas
Maintains safe and clean work environment
Completes all required documentation legibly and accurately
Other responsibilities and duties as assigned
Requirements of Warehouse Receiving Coordinator
High School Diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing background is preferred
2-4 years' receiving experience
Ability to multitask and respond to urgent situations
Understanding ERP systems a plus
Ability to lift 50lbs
Understanding of shipping terms and documentation a must
Team Oriented.
