The Opportunity
Shape the Future of Procurement Across the Americas.
As a Procurement Manager for Americas, you will influence high‑value sourcing strategies, lead complex procurement initiatives, and drive measurable operational and financial impact across WSP’s Americas corporate services. Reporting to the Director, Procurement-HUB Americas, you will serve as a trusted expert, a strategic advisor, and a process authority—advancing procurement excellence and supporting high‑performing teams.
Your Impact
Lead high‑impact sourcing events and complex contract negotiations across non‑global categories.
Design and execute Hub‑focused procurement plans aligned with evolving business needs.
Act as a trusted subject‑matter expert advising stakeholders on supplier markets, pricing trends, and competitive positioning.
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze spend data, and define procurement objectives that deliver measurable value.
Own the full end‑to‑end procurement cycle—including RFx development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and implementation.
Resolve complex supplier or operational challenges by applying advanced judgment and procurement best practices.
Mentor procurement analysts and specialists, reinforcing compliance, quality, and professional growth.
Provide strategic insights to the Director, recommending process improvements, tools, and efficiency‑enhancing initiatives.
Monitor and report key procurement KPIs, presenting actionable analysis to senior leadership.
Ensure full compliance with procurement governance, policies, and ESG and supplier‑diversity standards.
The Skills That Set You Apart
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related discipline; a master’s degree or MBA is considered an asset.
6–8 years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience, with strong exposure to indirect categories such as Real Estate, HR, Professional Services, or Workplace Services; familiarity with IT procurement is an advantage.
Expertise in procurement processes, contract lifecycle management, supplier negotiations, and data‑driven analytics.
Skilled in ERP and leading procurement platforms (e.g., Agiloft, Oracle Horizon, Docusign, Sharepoint, MS Copilot 365, Teams and MS Office Suit, including but not limited to Excel and P. Point), with experience driving adoption of digital tools.
Strong relationship‑building and communications skills, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
Understanding of ESG requirements, supplier diversity considerations, and ethical procurement standards.
Fluency in English and French; additional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is an asset for Americas‑wide collaboration.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 – $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 – $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $111,000 – $147,400
