ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company Business Operations Analyst in Montpelier, Vermont
Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, supporting leadership, and acting as a central coordinator across multiple stakeholders.
Develop and maintain leadership-facing reports.
Create data visualizations and/or strategic communication products.
Manage a high-volume inbox that receives complex and often undefined requests.
Support stakeholder engagement activities.
Play a key role in driving the automation of the inbox triage process by partnering with the Automation Shared Service, including gathering and documenting requirements to inform automation design.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field
2-5 years of experience working with business application systems

Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role. Monetary compensation is one component of ASM's overall compensation and benefits package for employees.
