JOB REQUIREMENTS: Say cheese to your new job! We are looking for motivated, hands -on individuals to join our cheese production crew. Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Just bring a strong work ethic, a good attitude and we will show you the ropes! Department:General Labor Location:Monticello, WI Schedule:Rotating Shifts {2-2-3} 6pm-6am Wage: \$20.92/hr Job Responsibilities: Assist with operation of control grinder, conveyors, and presses Monitor and operate curd cooling temperatures and fill rates Follow SOP/SSOP\'s for designated areas Sanitize equipment, tools, presses and forms during production hours Use portable foamers, chemical concentrations for proper cleaning Follow appropriate chemical usages for designated cleaning equipment Conduct proper documentation of vats, pallets and temperatures during filling process Communicate safety and/or quality concerns to management and appropriate staff Strict adherence to GMPs Strict adherence to Safety/PPE protocols and procedures; reporting unsafe conditions to plant management Accurate recordkeeping and specific paperwork Perform all other duties as assigned ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Physical Requirements: Able to push, pull and lift at minimum 50lbs.
