JOB REQUIREMENTS: IQ Resource Group is seeking General Labor Associates to join a cheese manufacturing team in Monticello, WI. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor cheese processing machinery to ensure smoot and efficient production. Inspect raw materials and intermediate products for quality and compliance. Perform visual inspections and identify defects, contamination, or labeling errors. Monitor product flow to prevent backups or spills. Assist with line changeovers, setups, and basic equipment cleaning. Work efficiently in wet or fast paced environments. Package, label, and stack products to meet quality and customer specifications. Support allergen and cross contamination prevention procedures. Collaborate with quality assurance and safety teams. Follow lockout/tagout and PPE requirements at all times.
