Position: General Labor Location:Monticello, WI Schedule:Sunday - Thursday START TIME VARIES, Typically 9PM - 6:30AM (Mandatory OT required) Wage:\$20.92 Job Responsibilities: Handle all Panela and Alpma operations Stage and fill forms in Alpma area Follow SOP/SSOP\'s for designated areas Understand and utilize cleaning practices such as COP tanks and portable foamers Sanitize equipment, tools, presses and forms during production hours Follow appropriate chemical usages for designated cleaning equipment Understand PLC and equipment handling Handle panela forms such as flipping and dumping into brine system Monitor brine system such as salt, pH and temperature Communicate safety and or quality concerns to management and appropriate staff Strict adherence to GMPs Strict adherence to Safety/PPE protocols and procedures; reporting unsafe conditions to plant management Accurate recordkeeping and specific paperwork Perform all other duties as assigned ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Physical Requirements: Able to push, pull and lift at minimum 50lbs.
