Summit Stone Interiors Inc Project Manager in Monticello, Minnesota
Job Duties
Manage projects from preliminary bid through final installation. Prepare estimates, submit bids, and follow up to secure projects. Order materials and coordinate scheduling to ensure timely completion. Ensure all finished work meets or exceeds customer expectations. Assist walk-in customers and answer incoming phone calls. Meet with homeowners, designers, and contractors to review materials and project details. Track and manage inventory of sinks, slabs, and other materials. Follow up on open quotes and maintain customer relationships. Generate new business through outreach to contractors and builders.
Minimum Education Required
Minimum Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with strong follow through.
Minimum Experience Required
Sales or estimating experience are preferred. Construction, cabinetry, countertop, or stone industry experience is a plus.
