Join a growing production team in Monticello, MN! This full-time order picker position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and keeping production moving efficiently. Location: Monticello, MN Pay: $22 - $24/hr, depending on experience Hours: Monday Friday | 6:00 am 2:00 pm Benefits of the order picker: 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account Paid time off Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement Duties of the order picker: Pull ingredients and materials for the production team following pick tickets Label boxes, containers, and bags accurately Use carts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and locate items Lift and transport items up to 60 lbs. Maintain clean and organized work areas Assist with other warehouse or production duties as needed Requirements of the order picker: Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and handle physical tasks throughout the shift Basic computer skills Valid driver s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass pre-employment background check Additional information: Apply today to join our Monticello production team as an order picker!
