Adecco is currently hiring Machine Operators

They are looking to train on days but long term on afternoons or nights.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operation, quality control, and safety protocols. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products while adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all work elements to make any set up or reset in the machine group.

  • Must be able to read prints- Set control settings for appropriate part

  • Skills

  • Proficient in blueprint reading to interpret technical drawings accurately.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues independently.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated

Qualifications

Excellent attendance

  • Open 2nd and 3rd shift

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs

  • Pass criminal background check and drug screen

Schedule: Training completed on 1st shift, then will move to 2nd or 3rd shift

Pay: $21.27 - $23.66 per hour

Pay Details: $21.27 to $23.66 per hour
