When you join
our team as Maintenance Supervisor , you will be a key contributor to the maintenance of the mill equipment and will be
responsible for the supervision of the maintenance crew while providing
professional service and ensuring a safe working environment.
This role is
based on-site at the sawmill located at 211 Old Troy Rd, Monticello, AR 71655.

WhatYou’ll Do
Promote asafe, high‑performing work environment by leading safety practices, coachingsafe work habits, and administering company policies.
Lead andsupport the maintenance team through hiring, scheduling, training, performancecoaching, and setting clear direction and expectations.
Overseemaintenance execution and equipment reliability by ensuring quality work,monitoring mechanical and electrical performance, and driving continuousimprovement.
Plan andmanage maintenance activities and projects using the CMMS to track work orders,parts, maintenance history, and project execution.
What YouOffer
5 years of heavyindustry experience
At least 1year of supervisory experience leading a team
Knowledge ofwood products manufacturing
Highlyorganized and results‑oriented, with strong attention to detail, calm underpressure, a team‑focused mindset, and strong communication skills
