Divisional Accountant, Monticello, AR
When you join
our team as a Divisional Accountant , you will be responsible for
applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information,
prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements, support
forecasting and budgeting, and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures
are in place. This role provides financial analysis and reporting to support
divisional and regional operations and participate in
operational initiatives.
This role is
based on-site at the sawmill located at 211 Old Troy Rd, Monticello, AR 71655.

What You'll Do
Prepareand analyze financial reporting including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, cost reporting,budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Ensureaccurate financial records and strong controls by maintaining compliance withaccounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and supportingaudits.
Providefinancial insight and support to operations by partnering with Mill Managers and divisional teams onreporting, analysis, and business decision-making.
Supportcontinuous improvement and leadership initiatives including capital projects and internalreporting requirements.
What You Offer
Degree inFinance, Accounting or Business
At least 3years of experience in accounting in a manufacturing environment
Strong Excel skills
Collaborativeand approachable, with resilience and openness to feedback needed to workeffectively with strong operational leaders
