Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot protection and control relaying and associated devices
Perform calibration of various types of protection and control relays and devices
Assist in creating and maintaining protection and control documentation
Assist assigned project lead with field assignments
Install, program, and maintain protection and control relays and devices
Participate in process hazard analyses
Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and practices
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from an ABET accredited college
Briefly elaborate on your educational background – which engineering discipline did you specialize in and area of concentration within your discipline
Briefly describe any coursework, training, or experience with testing or troubleshooting electrical circuits, PLCs, or other Intelligent Electronic Devices
Are you willing to work outdoors, and if so, briefly describe any experience where you have worked outdoors?
Do you live within a commutable distance of Headland, AL?
High school diploma or equivalent
0-3 years experience in Engineering or similar role
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Working knowledge of PLCs and HMIs
Experience with AC and DC systems
Successful candidate must live within a reasonable commute to the assigned office location
