Job Title: Sr. Manager, AI Enablement Office – Project Management
Role Summary
The Sr. Manager, AI Enablement Office – Project Management will lead portfolio‑level execution and delivery rigor across enterprise AI and GenAI initiatives. This role partners closely with product, engineering, governance, risk, and business leaders to scale AI from pilots to production—ensuring disciplined execution, transparency, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end program and portfolio management for AI and GenAI initiatives across multiple business units
Establish and run AI operating rhythms (planning, execution, risk management, executive reporting)
Drive cross‑functional alignment across technology, data, legal, security, finance, and business teams
Own delivery health, dependencies, milestones, and risk tracking across a complex AI portfolio
Provide executive‑ready dashboards, insights, and decision support for SLT/ELT audiences
Continuously improve AI delivery standards, templates, and governance processes
Qualifications
10+ years in program/project management or PMO leadership roles, preferably in technology or digital transformation
Experience managing large, cross‑functional portfolios; AI/GenAI experience strongly preferred
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills
Proven ability to scale delivery models and operationalize emerging technologies
PMP, SAFe, or similar certifications a plus
