We are seeking a reliable Packaging & Shipping Associate to support our shipping operations. This role is responsible for preparing completed garments for shipment by ensuring they are accurately boxed, labeled, and scanned according to shipping requirements.

Job Title: Packaging & Shipping Associate

Location: Montgomery, AL

Pay Range: $15

Shift: 3pm-11:30pm Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Package completed garments into boxes correctly and securely

• Scan products and shipping information accurately

• Apply shipping labels to boxes

• Verify that all shipments meet quality and accuracy standards

• Prepare boxes for outgoing shipment to the shipping department

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow detailed instructions

• Basic scanning or labeling experience preferred

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift as required

• Dependable and team‑oriented
