Job Title: Millwright Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to support equipment installations, crane repair and maintenance, and a variety of mechanical projects across multiple job sites. This role involves installing, assembling, aligning, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and overhead cranes while working both indoors and outdoors in dynamic environments. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate with project teams, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. Light travel is required, and candidates must be comfortable working at extreme heights, in varying weather conditions, and in physically demanding settings while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities
Install, assemble, align, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and overhead cranes.
Support equipment installations and crane repair across multiple job sites.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with project teams.
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Travel lightly as needed to support projects.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Essential Skills
Mechanical, installation, blueprint reading, and construction skills.
Troubleshooting, electrical, welding, conduit, hydraulics, and pneumatics expertise.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, rigging equipment, and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong understanding of safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), fall protection, and rigging practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or similar role in industrial or construction environments.
Hands-on experience inspecting, repairing, and maintaining overhead cranes and lifting equipment.
Comfortable working at extreme heights, in confined spaces, and in varying outdoor weather conditions.
OSHA certification or safety training preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing repetitive tasks.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
