Education and Experience Requirements
:
High school diploma plus two (2) years of professional experience in a collateral custodial, finance, banking, or accounting field.
Essential Functions
:
Reviews loan documents for accuracy. Responsible for documenting, communicating, and taking action to resolve any omissions, errors, or inaccuracies in the loan data. Gathers, sorts, and prints reports in accordance with established procedures. Responsible for preparing and storing documents in physical and electronic files as required by regulations, policies, and procedures. Must have excellent communication skills, work well both as a team and independently, and have a strong attention to detail. Originates loan disbursements via wire, ACH, check, etc. Posts disbursements and customer payments to respective loan accounts, and handles new loan funding in loan accounting system. Handles setup and customer service of online banking accounts.
