TEKsystems Construction Project Manager in Montgomery, Alabama
Description
This person will be managing IES's portion of a very large data center campus. The project consist of 4 buildings in various stages of completion. The end client is a very well known and top 3 player in the Technology world.
At IES, our Site Managers play a crucial role in steering project success by adeptly managing and recruiting staff, overseeing human resource matters in alignment with company standards, and ensuring the efficient distribution of workload to maximize project profitability. They are pivotal in reviewing job cost postings, engaging in the bid process, and serving as the primary liaison with customers to enhance quality, safety, and account performance.
The Site Manager ensures project staff are effectively recruited, managed, and guided, oversees human resource issues in line with company policies, manages workload distribution and project profitability, reviews job cost postings, participates in the bid process, and acts as liaison with customers for quality, safety, and account improvements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $57.00/hr.
