About the Role
A leading industrial automation and manufacturing organization in Montgomery is seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join its production team. This facility operates in a safe, fast‑paced environment and supports a wide range of industries through advanced automation, robotics, and high‑value manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities
Program, operate, and maintain CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components.
Review samples, drawings, and instructions to understand output specifications.
Plan machining sequences and determine appropriate machine speeds and batch sizes.
Take accurate measurements, mark materials, and verify output consistency.
Drill, tap, de‑bur, and finish parts as required.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience as a machinist in an industrial environment.
Ability to program equipment using Fanuc G‑code .
Strong understanding of metal properties and machining behavior.
Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and precision measurement tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Reliability, teamwork, and a strong safety mindset.
Work Environment
