Three Folds Care Inc Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Montgomery, Alabama

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide advanced clinical services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to increase socially significant behaviors for individuals with disabilities. This role includes supervising staff and fellow BCBAs, supporting clinical initiatives, ensuring quality assurance, and contributing to professional development and training efforts.

This position is ideal for a BCBA with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience, particularly with individuals who have intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges, and who are ready to take on a leadership-focused clinical role.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical and Assessment

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments in social, play, communication, adaptive living, and behavioral domains
  • Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)

``` - Independently conduct Functional Analyses when indicated, following ethical and legal standards - Perform formal risk assessments and develop crisis intervention plans when necessary - Implement ABA principles with clinical accuracy and integrity - Review and maintain client records to ensure quality assurance and compliance

Supervision and Leadership

  • Provide supervision and mentorship to direct staff and BCBA-level clinicians
  • Offer guidance, feedback, and professional support to supervisors
  • Participate in and contribute to internal and external training and continuing education initiatives

Family and Team Collaboration

  • Effectively communicate with families, caregivers, coworkers, supervisors, and other service providers
  • Address parents concerns professionally and support family engagement

Program Development and Compliance

  • Maintain working knowledge of insurance and documentation requirements
  • Support and initiate clinical improvements and program development
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of new clinical initiatives

Requirements (Firm)

Current BCBA certification (LABA required if applicable by state)

Master's degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education, etc.)

Minimum of 3+ years of BCBA experience(required)

Strong preference for experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges

Ability to obtain and maintain Safety-Care Specialist certification

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Comfortable working directly with families and providing in-center services
