Job Duties
We are seeking a Employment Services Manager. The ES Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of person-centered employment services including exploration, job development, job coaching, and ongoing employment supports. The ES Manager supports the provision of quality and outcome-oriented services through direct coordination, supervision, and collaboration with employment services staff. The ES Manager works closely with both the program coordinator and the Day Services Manager to ensure individuals with identified employment goals are receiving full access to opportunities related to exploration, discovery, and skill development.
Minimum Education Required
• A post-secondary diploma in human service- related field, education or health and 3-year FTE providing direct care services
OR
• A minimum of 50 hours of education/training related to human services and disabilities and 4-year FTE providing direct care services and 3+ years supervisory experience in a program for people with disabilities or 65 years and older
AND
• ACRE Certification or equivalent within 90 days of hire
Minimum Experience Required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel
• Familiarity with 245D standards
