In this leadership role, you are an internal technical master at the line level who ensures the line team is performing at a level that sustains and improves business results on one or more of 6 stars model. You model priority setting, manage the plan-do-check- adjust cycle and provide coaching and training for your team.
How you will contribute
You are a key ingredient in helping us change how the world snacks. You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, understanding losses in your area and taking the appropriate action to eliminate them. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed [e.g. safety maps, lock out tag out (LOTO) , behavior observation system (BOS) and root-cause analysis (RCA)], that quality assurance activities are performed to ensure zero harm and 100 percent good-quality products, and that resources are properly allocated and available during the shift. You will take the lead for shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems
Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (break-down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment
Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3
Leading line teams
Handling challenging interpersonal situations tactfully
Influencing people in a union environment
Communicating effectively verbally and in writing and good attention to detail

¿Cuál será tu misión?
Liderar la operación de la Línea 2, asegurando los más altos estándares de seguridad y calidad.
Gestionar indicadores clave (KPIs) y dirigir análisis de desviaciones para optimizar la producción.
Dar seguimiento a la implementación de sistemas integrados y procesos de mejora.
Lidear, motivar y gestionar a un equipo de operadores, asegurando una comunicación y colaboración efectiva.
Gestionar eficazmente los traspasos de turno, asegurando la continuidad de las operaciones y una comunicación clara de la información crítica.
Monitorear procesos de producción y redimiento del equipo.
Asegurar que todos los producots cumplan con los estándares y especificaciones de calidad establecidos.
Promover una sólida cultura de seguridad y asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las politicas y procedimientos.
Diagnosticar y resolver problemas operativos, fallas de equipo y desviaciones de proceso.
¿Qué buscamos?
Formación: Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
Experiencia: Mínima de 1 - 3 años liderando equipos en producción y sólidos conocimientos en Lean Six Sigma.
Habilidades: Excelente manejo de personal, capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y enfoque en la mejora de procesos.
Disponibilidad: Para laborar en turno vespertino (Lunes a Sábado, 2:30 p.m. a 10:30 p.m.).

What will be your mission?
Lead operations on Line 2, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards.
Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead deviation analyses to optimize production.
Monitor the implementation of integrated systems and improvement processes.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of operators, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Effectively manage shift handovers, ensuring operational continuity and clear critical information transfer.
Monitor production processes and equipment performance.
Ensure all products meet established quality standards and specifications.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
Diagnose and resolve operational problems, equipment failures, and process deviations.
What are we looking for?
Education: Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years leading production teams and solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
Skills: Excellent personnel management, ability to work under pressure, and a focus on process improvement.
Availability: To work the evening shift (Monday to Saturday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.).
