OPEN ROADS SERVICES, LLC HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR in Montclair, New Jersey
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, personnel recordkeeping, and the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures aligned with NJ state law, federal regulations, and organizational standards. The ideal candidate brings working knowledge of both for-profit employment practices and nonprofit HR compliance, and the ability to navigate the distinct regulatory and operational contexts of each entity with precision and professionalism. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Yohandra Grillo, LAMFT.
