Winnies Cleaning Service LLC is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. This position is responsible for providing high-quality residential cleaning services including recurring maintenance cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and post-construction cleans.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and work well in a team environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom sanitation
• Complete deep cleaning tasks such as baseboards, blinds, interior appliances, and detailed surface cleaning
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Safely handle cleaning products and equipment
• Work efficiently within scheduled timeframes
• Communicate professionally with clients when needed
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Work effectively as part of a team

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old Valid drivers license preferred (not required if transportation provided)
• Reliable transportation to meet at designated work location
• Ability to lift up to 25-35 lbs
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience
• Experience working in a team-based environment
• Customer service experience

(No experience required we provide training.)

Work Schedule:

Monday - FridayDaytime hours (typically 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)No nightsNo major holidays

Work Environment:

This position involves working inside residential homes and occasionally small commercial properties. Team members work in pairs or small crews and are expected to maintain professionalism and high service standards at all times.
