Adecco is Hiring – Injection Molding Operator
Location: Monroe, NC
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 2-2-3 Schedule
(Must be available to train on 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, for approximately 3–6 weeks)
Adecco is hiring Injection Molding Operators in Monroe, NC! In this role, you’ll operate molding machines, perform quality checks, and ensure products meet production and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor injection molding machines per SOPs and training
Perform and document quality checks (IPC)
Follow production orders and ensure accurate labeling and packaging
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment and work area
Communicate issues promptly to minimize downtime
Assist team members to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for up to 12 hours
Strong attention to detail for quality inspections
Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
