Human Resources Recruiter
Adecco is assisting a client in their search for a Human Resources Recruiter in the Monroe, North Carolina area, with pay up to $30.00 per hour.
Position Overview
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
Maintain HRIS recruiting platform and conduct audits to ensure data integrity.
Manage full recruitment cycle including requisition management, screening, interviewing, and offer issuance.
Coordinate candidate travel and expense reconciliation.
Build partnerships with schools, organizations, and community groups to create talent pipelines.
Organize and participate in job and career fairs.
Lead headcount meetings and recruitment updates.
Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
Create recruitment reports (metrics, trends, diversity data).
Ensure confidentiality of HR records and documents.
Recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams.
Partner with marketing to enhance employer branding and career pages.
Manage employee referral programs.
Ensure compliance with EEO, FLSA, OSHA, and other regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience
5+ years of recruitment experience

Pay Details: $28.85 to $30.00 per hour
