C. Job Description

Assist with day-to-day operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure smooth salon operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients; schedule appointments.

Oversee cash handling and daily reports.

Supervise 3-8 employees; train and monitor staff.

Maintain supplies, cleanliness, and compliance.

Support marketing, promotions, and record-keeping.

Enforce safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

D. Work Schedule and Hours

Workdays: Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday)

Work hours: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch + two paid 15-minute breaks

Hours per week: 35 - 40

Overtime: Paid at time-and-a-half for hours over 40 in a week

End date: June 30, 2026

F. Wage Information

Hourly wage: $30.28 per hours

Overtime wage: $45.42 per hour (1.5 base rate)

G. Minimum Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: At least 6 months in management or customer service preferred

Skills: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry); bilingual (English/Vietnamese) preferred.

H. Worksite Conditions

Tools / Equipment: Provided by employer at no cost.

Transportation: Owner will pick up in the morning and drop off from work.

Housing: Not provided by employer (unless stated in recruitment agreement).

Meals: Meal facilities or local options available at worker's expense.
