C. Job Description
Assist with day-to-day operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure smooth salon operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients; schedule appointments.
Oversee cash handling and daily reports.
Supervise 3-8 employees; train and monitor staff.
Maintain supplies, cleanliness, and compliance.
Support marketing, promotions, and record-keeping.
Enforce safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
D. Work Schedule and Hours
Workdays: Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday)
Work hours: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch + two paid 15-minute breaks
