Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
About the Role:
A Logistics Coordinator efficiently manages the flow of goods, from processing and loading orders to preparing materials for shipment and ensuring accurate documentation. This role is central to maintaining optimal inventory levels, minimizing costs, and cultivating strong vendor relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing Bills of Materials for procurement, managing supply-chain issues, tracking shipments, and developing tools to enhance the procurement cycle.
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for completing shipments by processing and loading orders.
Preparing orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery area.
Maintaining inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
Maintaining quality service by following organization standards.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, and maintaining a clean shipping supply area. Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Completing reports by entering required information.
Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Analyzes BOMs to evaluate, research and attain all procured materials for respective projects
Creates a systematic approach to ordering materials to minimize inventory level and shipping costs
Creates a positive working relationship with materials vendors
Assist with the bidding process when appropriate by offering pricing schedules of relevant supplies and materials
Manages supply-chain issues with suppliers to ensure on-time product availability
Documents and organizes deliveries and product returns.
Management and execution of purchase orders
Maintains purchase order confirmations
Manages special orders
Complete tracking of shipment from purchase order to delivery and manages all shipping charges
Develops tools and procedures to improve the procurement cycle
Provides courteous, professional service to customers
Must be able to drive a box truck or company van and have a valid driver's license.
Experience with Operating a forklift

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. Graduate degree preferred.
Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in procurement, with demonstrated experience in Real Estate, Construction, and Facilities procurement categories and experience in a multinational company.
Strategic mindset and an ability to develop and implement long-term category strategies.
Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Relationship management skills and ability to lead through influence, building collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to exchange sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Procurement tools, such as Zycus, Coupa, Ariba, or other similar platforms.
Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.

California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Real Estate Associate position is $43.27 hourly and the maximum salary for the Real Estate Associate position is $45.67 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
