Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our expanding team in Monroe, CT. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality parts that meet specific engineering drawings and client standards across various shifts.
Responsibilities
Operate, set up, and adjust 5-axis CNC machines, specifically 'Willemin' machines.
Program CNC machines to ensure precise production.
Operate CNC machine tools, and select and use hand tools to deburr parts.
Read and comprehend information on blueprints and other technical diagrams.
Use basic precision measurement tools for quality assurance.
Perform basic quality assurance responsibilities for part production.
Follow all standardized work procedures and specific instructions provided by the supervisor.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in CNC machine operation, programming, and setup.
3+ years of CNC Machining experience.
Ability to adjust and set up 5-axis CNC machines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to program CNC machines.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
