Our client, a leading organization in the dairy manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Cream Cheese Mix Maker to join their team. As a Cream Cheese Mix Maker, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the standardization and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Cream Cheese Mix Maker
Location: Monona, IA
Pay Range:$25.37 + $2 shift premium during 6p-6a hours
Shift : 6:00 PM -6:00 AM Rotational
What's the Job?
Operate and maintain standardization equipment for cream cheese production, including separation, blending, and homogenization processes.
Follow SOPs, formulas, and SSOPs to produce in-spec product according to customer specifications.
Ensure safety, sanitation, GMPs, and quality policies are strictly followed at all times.
Assist on the packaging line as needed to meet production goals and customer expectations.
Accurately document all production activities, including CIP & COP procedures and inventory records.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in dairy processing preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in dairy processing, including separation, homogenization, or blending equipment operation preferred.
Knowledge of fluid systems, chemistry, physics, and equipment mechanics.
Basic math skills for calculating yields and understanding weights and measures.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
