Adecco US, Inc. Forklift Operator in Moncks Corner, South Carolina

Adecco is currently hiring Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating lift trucks and other material handling equipment to move, store, pick, and stage products while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety procedures.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Operate lift trucks and other material handling equipment to safely unload, move, store, pick, and load products throughout the warehouse
Perform daily forklift inspections, basic housekeeping, and battery changes when required
Accurately receive, count, store, and pick products using RF scanners while following established inventory procedures
Inspect products to ensure packaging is damage-free and perform basic packaging repairs when necessary
Follow work orders and customer specifications to properly stage and prepare outbound shipments
Identify and report inventory discrepancies such as damaged items, shortages, or misplaced products
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory activities, and general warehouse housekeeping tasks as needed

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver’s License required
0–6 months of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification
Experience using RF scanners and inventory control systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to accurately receive, store, pick, stage, and load products while minimizing damage
Reliable attendance and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Safety & Physical Requirements:
Must not be afraid of heights and able to work in elevated areas such as pipe bridges or catwalks
Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a physically active warehouse environment
Must be able to work scheduled and unscheduled shifts, including short-notice hours when business needs require
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
