A Day in the Life

Als Enterprise Account Manager (m/w/d) für private Hospital Groups übernehmen Sie eine strategische Schlüsselrolle bei Medtronic und gestalten aktiv die Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Partnerschaften mit relevanten privaten Krankenhausgruppen. Sie verantworten komplexe Kundenbeziehungen auf C‑Level‑Ebene, steuern das Pan‑Medtronic‑Portfolio über mehrere Operating Units hinweg und entwickeln innovative Vertrags‑ und Kooperationsmodelle. Diese Position bietet Ihnen außergewöhnlichen Gestaltungsspielraum, hohe Sichtbarkeit im Unternehmen und die Möglichkeit, die Transformation des Gesundheitswesens nachhaltig mitzuprägen.

Die Position ist in Deutschland angesiedelt und eng in das nationale Enterprise‑Accounts‑Team eingebunden, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern aus Vertrieb, Marketing, Medical, Finance und Legal. Sie berichten an die Enterprise‑Accounts‑Leitung für Private Hospital Groups und arbeiten hybrid mit hoher Eigenverantwortung. Regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit zu Kundengruppen, Management‑Meetings und internen Abstimmungen ist Bestandteil der Rolle und ermöglicht direkte Wirkung beim Kunden sowie starke Vernetzung im Unternehmen.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für ausgewählte private Krankenhausgruppen mit zentralen Einkaufs‑ und Entscheidungsstrukturen als strategische Enterprise Accounts

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung integrierter, mehrjähriger Account‑Strategien für Krankenhausketten unter Berücksichtigung von Gruppenlogiken, Standardisierung und Skaleneffekten

  • Führung von Verhandlungen auf Holding‑, Geschäftsführungs‑ und C‑Suite‑Ebene inklusive Rahmenverträgen, Partnerschafts‑Modellen und wertbasierter Vereinbarungen

  • Steuerung des Pan‑Medtronic‑Portfolios über mehrere Operating Units hinweg zur Sicherstellung einer konsistenten, gruppenweiten Marktbearbeitung

  • Identifikation von Wachstums‑ und Effizienzpotenzialen entlang klinischer, logistischer und ökonomischer Werttreiber privater Krankenhausgruppen

  • Orchestrierung funktionsübergreifender interner Teams (z. B. Vertrieb, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Legal), um komplexe Kundenanforderungen strukturiert und nachhaltig umzusetzen

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Key‑ oder Enterprise‑Account‑Management im Gesundheitswesen, idealerweise mit privaten Krankenhausgruppen oder vergleichbaren komplexen Kundenstrukturen

  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf Senior‑ und C‑Level‑Ebene aufzubauen und partnerschaftlich weiterzuentwickeln

  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung funktionsübergreifender Teams sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren Business‑Einheiten oder Operating Units (OU)

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung mehrjähriger Account‑Strategien sowie im Management komplexer Vertrags‑ und Verhandlungsprozesse

  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf Wertschöpfung, Kundenbedürfnisse und nachhaltige Ergebnisse

  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschland
