Description
OVERVIEW:
Under the supervision of Shelter Program Coordinator, the Day Program Janitor will clean assigned areas regularly and assist in maintaining overall standards of cleanliness of the day program areas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain, clean, and organize the Modesto Day Program
Maintain the dining room and kitchen area
Maintain cleanliness in the office area and surrounding property
Other related duties as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
18 years old (Required)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple duties
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task simultaneous projects
Have maturity and confidentiality
Ability to communicate effectively and accurately
Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
Have good interaction skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Modern Office Equipment and Relevant Software
Relevant janitorial and maintenance equipment
