Location: Modesto, CA
Pay Rate: $19.70 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary (Approx. 3 Months)

Kelly Services is currently seeking dependable and motivated Scanner / Picker Packers (Order Fillers) for a warehouse position in Modesto, CA . This role is responsible for accurately picking, scanning, and packing customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners
Ensure the correct number and type of products are selected and prepared for shipment
Retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves to fulfill orders
Accurately count and verify inventory by location
Transport orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment
Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
0–12 months of warehouse experience preferred
Ability to read instructions, follow procedures, and perform basic math
Basic familiarity with warehouse procedures and operations
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work the assigned shift
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
Frequent walking throughout the shift
Constant standing
Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, climbing, and kneeling
Ability to operate basic material handling equipment such as pallet jacks
Work Environment
Warehouse environment (approximately 90% indoor / 10% outdoor)
May require the use of protective safety equipment
Must follow OSHA and workplace safety guidelines
