Order Selector -- General Summary
Warehouse Order Selector - MODs
*Shift: *Swing 2PM - 4PM Start time, four 10's scheduled between Sun-Thurs.
Pay: $23.00 - $26.67/hr. + weekly incentives up to Hourly FT with full benefits and limitless growth potential. Ending shift times may vary based on volume.

As an Order Selector - MODs, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Using our voice-pick system, you'll accurately and efficiently pick orders while ensuring totes are filled in the correct sequence. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in attention to detail.
Essential Job Functions
- Use the voice-pick system to pick orders accurately and on time, filling totes in the correct sequence
- Learn aisle layouts, product locations, and match UPC codes to the voice-pick device
- Place pick tags on products to ensure smooth and accurate deliveries
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to stay organized and accurate in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability: manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination, near vision, and trunk strength
- Ability to read English, recognize numbers, and select correct products
- Willingness to stand/walk for 10--12 hours per shift
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1--3 months of related experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar environment
- Consistent work history with reliable attendance
