About the Role

We are looking for aManufacturing Engineerto join our aerospace production team. This is a versatile role where you will act as the technical link between engineering design and shop-floor execution.

Depending on your specific expertise and interests, your mission will focus on eitherTechnical Support(real-time production troubleshooting) orTechnical Writing(defining and improving industrial processes and documentation).

Core Responsibilities

• Production Support: Analyze and solve technical issues to ensure smooth, compliant operations and monitor new specifications.
• Process Documentation: Develop and update work instructions, procedures, and technical sheets based on engineering definitions.
• Quality and Compliance: Analyze non-conformities and manage discrepancies between engineering designs and the actual production cycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Improve preparation files and industrial processes based on feedback from the workshop or clients.
• Logistics and Tooling: Manage special/urgent part orders and create notices for tooling repairs and maintenance.
• Time Management: Determine and validate execution times for various production operations.

Requirements

• Experience: Background in technical support, methods preparation, or a similar role within an industrial environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aerospace products and services is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read engineering plans and proficiency in process modeling (PERT/GANTT).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with both engineering and production teams.
• Software: Proficient in standard office software and technical/client-specific tools.
• Availability: Ability to work in a shift-based, industrial environment.
