**Function: To perform maintenance and janitorial duties for Goodwill Gulf Coasts administrative buildings.

Essential Functions:

1. Ensures World Class customer service by responding to the maintenance, security and janitorial needs of the agency in a prompt and friendly manner.
2. Unlocks Building for operation in the morning.
3. Changes, lights, ballasts, and ceiling tiles as need.
4. Operates various powered and non-powered hand-tools, including sanders, saws and drills.
5. Pressure washes and cleans windows, as instructed or required.
6. Maintains grounds, such as landscaping, cutting grass, using push lawnmower, riding lawn mower, weed-eater and edger, as needed.
7. Maintains landscaping flowerbeds and other campus trees.
8. Performs preventative maintenance and inventory on all tools and equipment and notifies management of when supplies are needed in a timely manner.
9. Maintains parking lot and sidewalks disposing of weeds, trash and other debris.
10. Collecting trash and disposing of it properly.
11. Dust air vents and baseboards using backpack vacuum with extensions for maintenance and service for the physical features and structures of the administrative buildings.
12. Setting up tables and chairs for meetings and other functions.
13. Works cooperatively with supervisor and co-workers, offering assistance to get tasks completed efficiently, in a timely manner.
14. Minimizes accidents and Workers Compensation claims by making sure that safety and accident reporting standards are followed and preventive measures are taken.
15. Regular attendance is required as outlined in Goodwill Gulf Coasts attendance policy.
16. Maintains standards for image including wearing a clean neat uniform and name badge.
17. Upholds the mission, vision and values of the agency and adheres to standards for conduct and professionalism.
18. Other duties as assigned
