Cypress Employment is looking for an Account Executive- Staffing for it's Mobile, AL location.
This position is in office only- no remote.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Account Executive who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable engaging with a wide range of people and is driven to succeed through consistent outreach and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of sales calls daily, both in-person and by phone
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Attend networking events during business hours and after hours as needed
- Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently with prospects
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, initiative-driven work style
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proven stamina and resilience in a high-volume sales environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to analyze market data and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Experience with in-person sales calls required
- Staffing industry experience is a plus
