We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Worker to service out Management properties and Hotel
Responsibilities include:
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Preparing units for new tenants
- Maintaining units with current tenants
- Responding to hotel maintenance requests
- Preventative maintenance
- Maintaining clean and safe common areas
Requirements:
- Maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communications skills
- Valid driver's license
- Must provide own tools
