Our client, a leading organization in customer service and support, is seeking a dedicated Lead Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, supporting a team of customer service specialists. What's the Job?
Directly organize and supervise daily operations and activities of a customer service team to meet key performance goals
Support the development of a high-performance team through coaching and mentorship
Maintain and analyze daily and weekly performance statistics for team members
Identify operational issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure smooth service delivery
Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer transactions and issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
What's Needed?
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, including troubleshooting and handling complex transactions
At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
