ManpowerGroup Lead Customer Service Representative in Missouri City, Texas

Our client, a leading organization in customer service and support, is seeking a dedicated Lead Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, supporting a team of customer service specialists. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, aligning successfully with the organization’s mission to provide outstanding customer experiences.

Location: Missouri City, TX

Pay Range:$20-21

Shift: Days

What's the Job?

  • Directly organize and supervise daily operations and activities of a customer service team to meet key performance goals

  • Support the development of a high-performance team through coaching and mentorship

  • Maintain and analyze daily and weekly performance statistics for team members

  • Identify operational issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer transactions and issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, including troubleshooting and handling complex transactions

  • At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
