About The Role:

We are currently seeking aRetail Marketing Specialist.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing the Retail Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing all marketing activities and promotions across various touchpoints of the client brand: from in-store POS collateral to print, digital, and broadcast. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-oriented, problem-solving, data-driven marketer, who’s eager to ensure that customer experience is at the forefront of evolving the client’s brand.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Develop and execute tactical Retail Marketing plans to meet monthly/quarterly/annual business objectives, traffic, customer acquisition/retention, conversions, revenue, and customer experience

  • Develop and execute seasonal, promotional and product campaigns including any offers, creative, media and all in-store elements

  • Adapt guidelines for product merchandising and develop retail materials as required, collaborating with internal / external agencies, print and digital signage vendors to ensure brand standards are understood, maintained, and consistently executed

  • Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel creative asset requirements across all marketing channels including print, digital (organic, paid social media), PR, SEO)

  • Direct and manage retail creative agency partners to develop engaging and memorable retail POP and Digital POP materials based on SECA communication guidelines to achieve all retail KPI’s

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the presence of clients stores on digital platforms to increase awareness and traffic on a continuous basis

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage a marketing lifecycle for customers to deepen loyalty and retention

  • Develop marketing briefs and manage end-to-end execution of events and promotions

  • Track, develop and share post-event/promotion performance reporting

  • Build relationships with store employees to help drive customer-facing marketing initiatives and support local marketing programs at the store level

  • Support all customer experience and training initiatives to create and maintain second to none customer experience within stores and post purchase

  • Responsible for budget management and oversight to drive highest possible ROI on Marketing spending

    To join our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

  • 5+ years’ marketing experience in retail, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances or Mobile industry an asset

  • Experience working with and driving actionable insights from web analytics platforms such as Omniture and/or Google Analytics

  • Proven planning & project management skills

  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, results driven environment
