What are your contributions to the team?
As an intern in the Global 8000 Program Office, you will:
Support the Product Change Management process, focusing on business cases, schedules, and risk assessments
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management
Analyze data and ensure alignment across the Global 7500 program
Create and improve on project tracking tools using any available tools
Coordinate communication between internal teams (Procurement, Logistics, Operations, etc.)
Organize and facilitate meetings: prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items
Assist in drafting and distributing official documents (e.g., Coordination Memos, Program Directives)
How to thrive in this role?
You are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Supply Chain, Aerospace, Engineering, or a related field
You possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
You demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with VBA is a plus
You are located within, or willing to relocate to, daily commuting distance of the Bombardier’s Toronto facility at Pearson Airport and are able to work on site twice per week, on average.
You have good verbal and written communication skills in English; an ability to speak French or Spanish is a plus
You are available for a 12-month (minimum) or 16-month internship (preferred)
The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $17.75 to CAD $31.00 per hour. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
