Build the Future with Us — Step into a leading commercial role where your expertise supports complex infrastructure and power sector programs across the Greater Toronto Area. Based in Thornhill/Toronto, this role empowers you to shape strategic commercial outcomes and ensure delivery excellence across multidisciplinary project teams.

Your Impact
Lead commercial strategy and execution across major infrastructure and energy sector programs.
Drive contract governance, compliance frameworks, and financial stewardship across multiple workstreams.
Develop, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, procurement packages, and vendor relationships.
Partner with project managers and technical leads to monitor risk, opportunities, scope, and change management.
Provide expert guidance on commercial models, pricing structures, and financial tracking.
Support executive level reporting, portfolio analytics, and performance management.
Champion continuous improvement, embedding best practices across commercial operations and processes.
Foster trusted relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and successful program delivery.
The Skills That Set You Apart
Progressive commercial, contract management, or project controls experience within engineering, infrastructure, or energy environments.
Strong working knowledge of commercial frameworks, largescale procurement, contract law principles, and financial tracking tools.
Experience supporting complex capital programs, ideally within regulated environments or publicsector delivery contexts.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with enterprise systems (ERP, financial reporting, contract management platforms).
Credential such as PMP, MBA, SCMP, CPA, or equivalent experience considered an asset.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $194,700 – $257,900
MB & ON: $177,600 – $244,600
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $165,500 – $222,900
