Ricoh Americas Corporation Administrator, Dealer Customer Service in Mississauga, Ontario
Position Profile:
The Co-op, Dealer Administrator, acts as a member of the Dealer Operations Team, and assists with supporting our Dealer partners in processing Orders, responding to emails and supporting the Dealer Operations team.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Processes Dealer Orders as required
Obtains and confirms Dealer Installs
Supports Supervisor with analytics and reporting
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications):
University or College level Business Degree or Diploma
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or equivalent environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective listening skills
Customer Focused, with excellent negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills
Effective time management skills and detail oriented
Fast learner
Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office applications
