- The Preschool Teacher provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher supports childrens social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning, structured activities, and positive interactions .
- Plan and implement age-appropriate daily lessons and activities that promote development across all learning domains.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe and assess childrens growth, documenting progress and identifying areas for support.
- Encourage positive behaviors, self-help skills, and social interactions among children.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their childs progress, milestones, and needs.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues to support classroom success.
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events as required.
