Job Description
We are looking for an QA Analyst to ensure the integrity of our digital data collection across web and mobile platforms. This position will be a contract and onsite in Miramar, FL .
Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
What You’ll Do
Manually test Adobe Analytics tracking (eVars, props, events) on web and mobile apps to ensure they fire correctly based on the requirements documented in Jira and the Solution Design Reference (SDR)
Intercept and analyze analytics calls using proxy tools to verify data payloads
Validate the digital Data object or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Web SDK data layer for accuracy before data is transmitted
Participate in sprint planning, write clear user stories/acceptance criteria for tracking requirements, and manage defect reporting in Jira
Maintain and execute regression suites to ensure existing tracking does not break during new feature releases or updates
What You'll Need
Required:
Deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
Proven experience using proxy debugging tools such as Charles Proxy or Proxyman to inspect traffic on desktop and mobile devices
Proficiency with the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger extension and Chrome Developer Tools
Ability to read and troubleshoot JSON-based data layers
Experience writing technical user stories, bug reports, and maintaining QA documentation in Jira/Confluence
Familiarity with debugging analytics in native iOS/Android and React Native environments (SDK implementation)
Ability to interpret a Solution Design Reference (SDR) and translate business KPIs into technical test cases
Extreme attention to detail, such as spotting small discrepancies in variable formatting

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$45.00 per hour
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
